“I absolutely did not think I could do it!” I didn’t eat terrible, but I never worked out and I wasn’t sure where to begin. Shadd told me it was easier than I thought AND HE WAS RIGHT! He laid everything out from where to go first when I walked into the gym, to what food to buy. He was patient with me on ALL of my questions along the way, there was never a time I needed him and couldn’t reach him. Very professional yet personable throughout. It was like reading a “Dummies guide to…..changing my life.” I feel and look better than I have in years and can fit into clothes I thought I would never see again! I recommend this plan because if you’re a beginner (like me) it lays out everything step by step to where you don’t have to think, just do. In the beginning, I was very reluctant to start but now I am so much better for it.
