    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • No current serious injuries
    • Not currently training for any other athletic events
    • Mental toughness and determination

    • 8 weeks of weekly check-ins with us. You must provide us with photos (front & back), weight, and any concerns each week.
    • Grocery list and nutrition plan.
    • 8 week full body workout program that changes at 4 weeks (male or female)
    • Cardio routine and schedule that changes based on your progress and goals.
    • Suggested Vitamin & Supplement list.
    • Exercise descriptions/video demonstrations of form for each exercise.
    • Unlimited support through email.
    • A Facebook group is created for us to all cheer each other on!
