TIGHTEN UP CHALLENGE
Stay accountable toward your fitness goals ...

This challenge provides participants a fun and competitive edge to help them stay accountable toward their fitness goals. The results with each challenge never cease to amaze us, you will truly get what you put into the challenge. It is up to you to make things happen and we will be there for you every step of the way. Prizes awarded to Winner and Runner-up.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No current serious injuries
  • Gym access
  • Not currently training for any other athletic events
  • Mental toughness and determination

INCLUDES

  • 8 weeks of weekly check-ins with us. You must provide us with photos (front & back), weight, and any concerns each week.
    Grocery list and a sample diet customized with protein portions that changes at 4 weeks.
  • Workout routine that changes at 4 weeks.
  • Exercise descriptions/video demonstrations of form for each exercise.
  • Unlimited support through email and text.
  • Support through other participants through the hashtag #tightenupchallenge
  • Added to TIGHTENUPCHALLENGE Facebook group for further support from teammates and coaches.

ABOUT #TIGHTENUPCHALLENGE

  • Openings are LIMITED so I can give each participant the attention they need to succeed.
  • This challenge is suitable for beginners all the way to advanced lifters.
  • We run three to four per year and announce via our Instagram pages @betterbodies2go @betterbodiestogo
